E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher), Diploma of Yoga Therapy, Masters of Management

Growing up as a contemporaryChelsea Lee yoga dancer, Chelsea has always been drawn to the sacredness of movement. She began practicing Yoga in 2006 to heal a dance-related hip injury and quickly discovered the power of movement and the breath to heal. As a Yoga Therapist, Chelsea helps others with physical conditions (such as Arthritis, Sciatica, and Physical Injury) and mental/emotional conditions (such as Post-Traumatic Stress, Anxiety, and Insomnia) return to the activities they love through the use of yoga.

Chelsea completed a Bachelor of Arts (2009) and Master of Management (2010) at the University of British Columbia. After a short stint of working a corporate desk job, Chelsea’s passion for movement and working with others led her to change her path.  In 2011, she completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Rachel Scott (YYoga), followed by a 500-hour Teacher Training and her Diploma of Yoga Therapy with Nikki Manzie in 2013 (Pacific Rim College).
